What is run for unity?
Run for unity will be the curtain raiser to the Statue of Unity
movement. This unprecedented event will witness more than 40 lakh people
running simultaneously across 1000+ locations in india. This historic run will
unite the country in paying a fitting tribute to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel,the
Iron man of India,who integrated 565 princely states with independent India.
When will it happen ?
Run for Unity will be organized on 15th December 11, 2013,the
63rd punyatithi of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.Shri Narendar Modi will
be flagging off the run from vadodara at 8 AM.
Where will it be organized?
Run for Unity will be organized in 1000+ locations across 29 states and
6 Union Territories.
